The Staff

Locally Owned. Personally Invested. Compassion at Every Step.

Founded in 2020, Compassionate Transition is more than an estate sale company—it’s a partner in life’s big changes. We serve families across Metro Atlanta, helping them navigate transitions with integrity, transparency, and genuine care. Whether you’re downsizing, managing an estate, or reorganizing your home, we’re here to make the process simple, stress-free, and respectful of the memories that matter most.

“This business started with a simple question: How can I help people when life feels overwhelming? For me, the answer was clear—create a service that treats families with compassion while handling the details they can’t manage alone.”

Kimberly Hagan, Founder & Owner

Behind every successful transition is a team that cares. Our professionals bring:
✔ A passion for organizing and creating order
✔ An eye for detail that makes every sale shine
✔ Decades of combined sales experience
✔ A commitment to customer service that puts families first

“When people invite us into their homes, they’re trusting us with their memories. That trust is everything to us.”

Meet Kimberly Hagan

Founder. Organizer. Advocate for Families in Transition.

Kimberly didn’t just build a business—she built a mission. With an MBA and over 30 years of professional sales experience, she launched Compassionate Transition after helping friends navigate difficult life changes.

“I saw how stressful downsizing, divorce, or the loss of a loved one could be. People were overwhelmed by the decisions, the logistics, the emotions. I wanted to take that burden off their shoulders.”

From day one, Kimberly’s goal has been simple: to bring compassion and structure to what can feel like chaos. No job is too big or too small, and no client is ever just a transaction.
