Our “FREE In-home Consultations” help walk you through the process. We start by evaluating the home, understand your timeframe and exceptional circumstances. We can then discuss process, timeline, our commission, and availability for your project.
We believe in transparency, and our contracts specify responsibilities, our commission, and the hourly rate for any special services required
What are some optional services we offer?
Online auctions. We can organize, market and manage an online auction as a part of an estate cleanout. This can be a more lucrative approach to selling collectors items to a niche market within and beyond Metro Atlanta.
Total estate cleanout. We can donate unsold items to your favorite charity and remove any leftover trash, leaving the home broom clean.
Valuation/appraisal work. We can organize this for any number of items to help you fully understand their value in today’s market and the best resources to help sell them.
Home organizing services. We sort, organize, and stage for a living! Let us help you organize and streamline your home storage.
Cleaning out attics, storage units, and sheds. We can empty/pull things down from attic to determine what should be discarded and what has enough value to sell. The cleaning out of the attic or other area may be an additional hourly rate.
Packing support. Assist with the packing of contents for storage, at an hourly rate.
Addressing hoarding situations. We can help! Our hourly rates are slightly higher due to potential toxin exposure and the difficult nature of the work.
